Nurtlina: Baby Feeding Tracker
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 18 August 2026
This policy explains how Nurtlina (“Nurtlina”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Nurtlina Android app, website, and related services. Contact us at support@muyestudio.net.
1. Who the app is for
Nurtlina is intended for adult parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children and is not a medical service. We encourage caregivers to use nicknames rather than a baby’s legal name.
2. Information handled
Care records you enter
Baby nickname, optional birth date, feeding records, diaper records, sleep records, reminder feedback, settings, and optional notes. Core records are stored locally on your device. If you sign in and use backup or sync, selected records and sync metadata are transmitted to our backend.
Account and authentication
If you sign in with Google, we may receive an account identifier, email address, and display name needed to authenticate you, associate your account with a family workspace, provide backup and sync, and support account deletion.
Purchases and entitlements
Google Play and RevenueCat process purchases. We receive product, transaction, entitlement, and app-user identifiers needed to provide and restore Pro access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Analytics, diagnostics, and advertising
Firebase Analytics may receive app interaction events such as onboarding, feature use, whether a feeding amount was entered, reminder interaction, purchase status, language, and widget use. Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash traces and device/app diagnostics. Google AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure banner ads. We do not send baby names, exact feeding amounts, or note contents as analytics events.
Device data
The app may process notification permission and device time locally to schedule reminders. Depending on your Android and Google backup settings, Android may include app data in device backup or transfer.
3. Why we use information
- Provide local logging, summaries, reminders, widgets, export, backup, and sync.
- Authenticate accounts and protect access to cloud records.
- Provide, verify, and restore purchases.
- Maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Measure privacy-safe product usage and display ads to eligible Free users.
- Respond to support, privacy, export, and deletion requests.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell baby care records. We use service providers only as needed to operate the app, including Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting and related cloud services), Google Play (distribution and billing), Google AdMob (advertising), RevenueCat (purchase entitlement management), and infrastructure providers that host our API and database. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users, the service, or others.
5. Advertising and consent
Free users may see a Today-page banner; Pro users and night mode do not. Where required, we will request applicable advertising or analytics choices. Device and Google settings may provide additional controls. Baby care records are not used for advertising targeting.
6. Storage, security, and international processing
Core care records remain usable offline. Cloud transmission uses encrypted network connections. Access to synced records is scoped to authenticated accounts or families. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.
7. Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup behavior. Cloud account and care data is retained while your account is active. When deletion is requested, identifying account fields are removed and associated cloud records are deleted or marked for deletion; residual copies in backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, or delayed cleanup systems may remain for up to 90 days or longer only where legally required. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it no longer identifies you.
8. Your choices and rights
You can use core logging offline, turn reminders off, deny notifications, export supported records, sign out, and request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to complain to a regulator. Contact support@muyestudio.net. We may need to verify your request.
9. Account deletion
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account & data. If you no longer have the app, use our external deletion page. Deleting Nurtlina does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the app or law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
